Regarding Operation Sindoor, PM Narendra Modi stated that he “returned to Bihar after fulfilling Pahalgam terror attack promise.”

Speaking at a rally in Karakat, Bihar, on Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi brought up the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam and reiterated his earlier vow of retaliation. According to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he had promised to eradicate terror camps and provide an unprecedented response following the deaths of innocent civilians.

They will receive punishment beyond their wildest expectations, I warned. After keeping my word, I’ve travelled to Bihar today,” Modi declared.
In response to the Pahalgam terror assault on April 22, which claimed the lives of 26 civilians, Operation Sindoor was initiated on May 7. This action served as the basis for all ensuing counterattacks against Pakistani offensives.
The nine main camps that were the focus of Operation Sindoor were confirmed by multi-agency intelligence. The intelligence-led strategy and careful preparation that underpinned India’s retaliatory action made sure that the operations were carried out with the least amount of collateral damage possible.
Following Operation Sindoor, Pakistan launched a string of counterattacks using UCAVs and drones on important Indian airbases and logistical facilities. The extensive and multi-layered air defence system of India, however, successfully thwarted these attempts.
